Is there any chance the South St. hospital lands could house a new city hall and other developments?
I think the land's a gem and presents a great opportunity. May be too far from downtown, though, to get serious consideration.

New city hall unlikey. Can't see much commercial property backing onto the Thames. Signature urban designed mixed density residential could be ideal to revitalize the area.
