Getting some of the offices out of the court building would be a good plan too, or make another entrance. (for all I know this has been done) I once went to get my birth certificate replaced. While downtown I did some shopping. One stop was the liquor store. I was denied access to the office because I had liquor. There was no place to store it and the guard even suggested I just stash it outside. As if! I can understand not allowing alcohol in the courts, but all I wanted was a birth certificate application. That was years ago. I still haven't gone back.
