Have the Central Library open on Sundays during the summer.
The Central Libray is open on Sundays, from Oct to May, and closed during the summer, Having the library open on Sundays during the summer, allow parents who work during the weekend, to take they children. It also does draw lots of people. and be something else to do downtown on a sunday.

It also provides a COOLING station for those who have no air conditioning in the summer. A safe cool environment is always a nice thing to have.
