Restorations of Historical Buildings
Use tax incentives or municipal funding to encourage restorations in the downtown. We are making some good progress on this, but need to do more to get more of these buildings into full use

Great downtowns have interesting and unique architecture. We have some great buildings in use on Dundas St. A couple of years ago a handful of buildings were restored at King and Talbot. More are under restoration at Richmond and York as well as Dundas, east of Talbot. All of this helps make the downtown more interesting and can help draw people to the downtown.
