Facade Restoration

Encourage facade restoration in the core. This does not have to be expensive in all cases. Think Collingwood, Hudson, MI., or Pipestone, MN.

    Excellent idea. And for any new or replacement buildings on Dundas and on Richmond, they should imitate the Nineteenth Century facades from London's heydays. Think Talbot Block facade as on the JLC, but an actual working version.
