    It would be a nice way to draw people downtown in the evening. For example, it would have been great to get a decent, non-fast food bite between Fringe shows. This may require some reconfiguration of space within the market, perhaps enabling food vendors to stay open while other vendors closed, but the idea should at least be explored. Otherwise, downtown is a fast food wasteland if you want a quick meal after 6.
