River Front
London needs to develop its riverfront. It cannot be just parks, bike/walking paths, and playgrounds. It needs restaurants, artisans, a night life. A place where people want to hang out. People of all ages. A place to share ideas and lives. Keep big business away. The more "little" people there are, the better, as these are the people that will truly keep the place vibrant because they will care most about its future.

Most people undoubtedly disagree however, unless it is plainly a strong biker, I never tell anyone I will pass them over again. After the apparently one thousandth time shouting "on your left" individuals walk or just stretch out and continue the path I halted. I slow it down, or I can pass it if it gets better for IMO, and I get through it as quickly as I can. 90% of the folks I drive on wear headphones, therefore it is meaningless to call.
