Most people undoubtedly disagree however, unless it is plainly a strong biker, I never tell anyone I will pass them over again. After the apparently one thousandth time shouting "on your left" individuals walk or just stretch out and continue the path I halted. I slow it down, or I can pass it if it gets better for IMO, and I get through it as quickly as I can. 90% of the folks I drive on wear headphones, therefore it is meaningless to call.
