Sir, you do not understand how the internet works. This is not a City of London site in the slightest. It is just a domain name (web address) that has been picked up by "domain squatters". Those people will just display a cheap site filled with search links for click revenue from an unsuspecting visitor. They are everywhere for nearly everything imaginable. Most of them exist to catch mistyped web addresses (eg. mistyping google.ca would likely bring you to one of these sites)
