Mayor Joe got it started with his Downtown Summit on April 27th, and there’s no good reason why we shouldn’t keep the conversation going. My fix for downtown London is ...

  1. Free parking?

    A lot of the smaller towns have gotten rid of meters and the like to encourage growth of their downtown areas...

  2. A free shuttle

    that moves people from the Forks, Train stn, Victoria Park and the University/College.
    This would bring people downtown, without parking woes, and without more vehicle traffic. Encouraging foot traffic of visitors and students who come in via train constantly.
