Dear Tricar - please hire an architect for your next Residential tower
I read in the Freeps that Tricar is considering building another tower in downtown. This is fantastic news, but I beg you to hire a proper architect and design this building nicer than the twin towers across from the JLC. No more commie blocks in London please. This is not 1970's Leningrad.

I agree. These buildings could have provided an inviting street front of shops for foot traffic. Rather, the sidewalk level of these buildings is uninviting, impersonal and imposing. Walking by the original tower, there is little or no reason to a passerby to even know, let alone want to visit the coffee shop or whatever else is there. Too bad.
