There are several websites that do this, but a physical, electronic calendar displayed on an LCD TV would be really neat.

Metro reported the possibility of a pro basketball team here (not the NBA, a Canadian league) and of course there's the recent report that London could actually support an NHL team. An NHL team would require another large arena though, and I doubt the JLC can be re-retrofitted for another 10,000 seats.

I need to say a few things here. First, please use proper punctuation to end and begin new sentences. It makes your idea much easier to read and understand.
Second, I must say that as someone who went to college here and now works full-time in the city, I'm one of many with a secure, high-paying job. To use massive exaggerations like "No one" makes you sound like you're simply ranting.
That being said, can you back up your rant with some potential ideas? It's all well and good to have a problem, but it's usually better to come to an Ideas Forum with, oh I don't know, some ideas perhaps.
