Homeless and the poor.
Fix downtown London, and all of London by helping the homeless and the poor. That would improve our image a lot by showing we are humans who care.

creating a City Services Hub
creating a City Services Hub including city hall and Service Canada and ServiceOntario offices to provide Londoners with a one stop shop for government. This will free up buildings in downtown for redevelopment (housing, new businesses etc). As well...grocery store!

Is there any chance the South St. hospital lands could house a new city hall and other developments?
I think the land's a gem and presents a great opportunity. May be too far from downtown, though, to get serious consideration.
